Help me to decide

I wrote 40 articles about home improvement niche. Now I want to post those articles on a WordPress website and sell it.

I am a freelance content writer. But, I am doing this such business for the first time (inspired by BHW marketplace). So, my question is, how should I post them to blog? By scheduling articles? Or, posting all same day?

And, what price should I ask for the site?
