Help me to create a landing page, will pay

Hey. Just came in my mind how i could get free traffic, like 10k a day interested in making money, but i was at the 'ptc age' and too dumb to monetize it. So i need a nice-looking onepaged site that converts well with locked ebooks.
Is there any free tools or softwares?
