I use betheme for everything. It comes with pre-made themes for almost any niche. Spend about an hour to learn how to use it and it's very versatile.
Even for SEO MNS I still go for a professional responsive look and do all the proper on-page SEO work. Next to content, appearance is also good

thanks man for this share. Unfortunatelly It doesn't suit to my niche because I want to create multi-niche to promote plenty of different software. Something like warez site
