I need to buy a domain and webhosting for my new wordpress blog.

I found a italian company that offer

500 MB, FTP, CGI, PHP, 10 account POP3, 4 database MySQL and 1 Domain ( .IT .COM .NET .ORG .INFO .EU)

Price 10,78 euro for 1 year. ( 14,92 $ )

It's a good offer?

It's a good offer, but in the offer that I found, there are also 1 domain name in the offer

I dont know the company you are mentioning but they are offering too much for 1buck per month. If you subscract the 7bucks domain cost then they make like 0.5 per month.
They either have a big promotion budget or they will jump off the 130th floor soon.

Today's there is so much competition in the market. If you are Italian you better check the livetodot website and get your required information. Its cheap and contain whole information about domain.

I would say HostWinds could more than take care of you, and at a much more affordable price
