Help me to Archive mails

I am a Mac user and want to archive my Mac Outlook mails to my external drive. I know it's an unrelated question but I didn't get any answer from other forum websites. Please help me as I tried to archive them manually but I failed every time.

No need to worry I found Mail Backup X as a solution
