Help me stream live

Ok, I have a VDS with plenty of bw and disk space...

I need some FREE (only free) software that I can use to broadcast live.

Pleas share with me your TOP suggestions.

Thanks.

Need to know asap.

... Yes, I tried googling but got utter $hit for results.

... Very disappointed in the big G

how many feeds are you expecting to be viewing your live feed?

i was wanting to do this too but found it actually better to go with a flash media server configuration.... there are some low cost providers now, with ready to go tools that will let you more or less plug and go... i have an account with influxis

Well right now just one person... My JV is out of cell minutes and my skype is not working correctly. If the software is good enough I may do more live stream casts... I need to communicate ideas but IM is just not efficent for sufficent for what we need at the moment as it's complex and I cannot go into details at this time.

I have 2 servers with near unlimited resources so if I wanted I could probably have several thousand people tune in a month.
