Help Me Setup my Mobile Website

I have a music blog. It's been operational for a few months and doing pretty well.

When I first bought the website, hosting and what not, I tried to publish an article using the tools in hostgator account. I can't really remember where I did it but I do remember editing a page to "website under construction". Now that I have moved to wordpress the desktop website is working so smoothly. However when you access the website through mobile phone it shows that specific homepage I created saying "website under construction". But still you can switch to desktop site through the phone, but I doubt a majority people will go to that trouble.

Now I can't find where I altered my mobile website homepage. I don't remember specifically editing a mobile homepage too. I used some website designing tool given by hostgator. I even uninstalled that tool from my website hoping the issue would solve, but no luck.

Can anyone shed some light into this situation? If the issue is not clear, let me know I will try to get some screenshots or explain it better.

I am still trying to solve your query.You are trying to say you have 2 versions of your homepage which different for mobile and desktop.
And when i am coming to your homepage through mobile i will get "website under construction" page not your original website .

do they provide you some tool to design mobile version of your website or just some codes ?
