100% Fuck off with that comment. You think this does not happen in your country? It happens in every country.
To all the people who are asking: Why is YouTube allowing this?
YouTube DOES NOT ALLOW it. Stop "feeling" and start thinking. There is no way a company can moderate every single thing. That is why there is a way to report it. Additionally YouTube and other social media have stated their review and moderation processes are slowed because of Covid19.
The best thing to do it to report it and share it with others who will also report it.
The relevant local authorities have been contacted and are looking for him. At the very least he will have to delete most of his videos and publicly apologize.
Screenshots of channels have been taken and a few videos have been downloaded in case YouTube deletes his channel first.
It has not yet made the local news.

Seila Nano is his name, he lives in Cambodia. He has 5-6 all with similar names and same shity videos.
