help me removing bad backlinks

I don't recommend SEO Spyglass

I tested the free version of this software.
- When checking rankings, a CAPTCHA pops up EVERY MINUTE! It’s really annoying!
- The domain data is incorrect (my domain is registered in France. My IP is in France, but the software showed some weird “Ukraine”)
- Keyword rankings (for Google) are ALL incorrect.
- Not all backlinks were found.
*I didn’t bother testing any further—there’s no point, since the input data is all wrong—what could it possibly do right with it?
**I don’t understand why this software takes up 3 GB of disk space with such limited functionality!
