Why not just parse the html and browse to the url?

Look at the HttpRequest class

PHP:

  Dim req As WebRequest = WebRequest.Create("")
                req.Proxy = myProxy
                req.Timeout = 2000
                Dim resp As WebResponse = req.GetResponse()

                Dim s As Stream = resp.GetResponseStream()
                Dim sr As StreamReader = New StreamReader(s, Encoding.ASCII)
                Dim doc As String = sr.ReadToEnd

Do something like this, then doc contains the html page, i like to split it by line, however you can just search for the start and end of your 'next' url.

I'm with crashed. I would use HttpWebRequest along with a 3rd part DOM parser. HtmlAgilityPack is a good one, allows you to use xpath queries to easily locate your elements. Good luck man!

How it should be done properly:
Just sniff what the browser sends to the server when u click the button and emulate the same behaviour using httprequests/sockets.

If u lack the knowledge to the this way, you can use the webBrowser component, get the link and send a click() event to it. There are many examples on the web on how to do this. google is your friend
