Hello , i use follow liker to follow people every day. I create accounts with my phone (Samsung Galaxy S3) and every time when i create new account:
1) NEW IP PRIVATE (i use app "ProxyDroid")
2) Change Android ID with one App
3) Re install instagram App
4) Bio and URL unique every time.
5) PVA Unique Every time.

Remember :
After i create one NEW Accont and NOT ADD in Followliker, just i start to follow some people, after i follow 3-7 people , my account is BANNED.

What the fuck i need to do now ???

Anyone? Also i seen if i create a new account and no add URL in Bio, the account works.
Can be a solution to add URLS on Bio?

Maybe your URL is banned.

Don't add URL right after account creation! Add it in 2-3 days! While you're waiting 2-3 days, just add your account to followliker and start using you account like a normal person does = like, follow and upload pics (don't do comments), but not more than 500-600 actions a day! And after 2-3 days add your URL to your account through browser.

I dont know what kind of URL you put on your account.
But if you put a CPA offer on your account then yes your account is getting banned quick as hell.

I use goo.gl link , but if i use DOMAIN , is same situation.

There are several aspects that you should consider :
- The Application you are using for Generate new android ID can be creating malformed or repeated IDS.
- Assuming your phone is rooted and you are using ProxyDroid Correctly applying filter for all applications.
- Google Links + Banned Domains + CPA offers are high likly to block accounts faster. ( Probably your case )

Recommendation : Create fresh domains if you have some budget and redirect the domains to your target domain
