Hey guys my name is Sam and Im 16 years old.
Recently my parents thought ti best I get a job doing something I dislike. If I don't prove to them I have a better way of making money, Ill be forced to take the job. I know this sounds stupid but Ive been making Youtube sketch comedy videos for a year now. My account was recently hit with a copyright strike meaning I could not become a Youtube Partner(make money form my videos). I have since had to start a new account. I recently uploaded my first new vidoe to that account. It currently has 10000 views and climbing! But what i need even more than views is subscriptions to my channel.

What i need you guys to do, is check out my new video.

The vidoe is called "Body Hair - Street Speak" I went around Hollywood, Florida asking residents about body hair. This is something you don't want to miss.

Please check out the video, comment on it, rate it 5 stars, favorite the video, and SUBSCRIBE to my channel. Please help me make money doing the thing I enjoy!!

dude sell some ad space on bottom of your videos, have a bar on bottom of your videos make it click-able to your site. make a site with your videos, sell your own PPC on your videos, Market yourself bro you got potential talent lol.
 
Im working on it, trying to find sum1 who can code my design into wordpress or soemthing.

why not start CPA or similar things , i bet you can make hell lot more then what you currently might be earning ,meanwhile you seem focused and thats great start :):bigeyes:
 
Build a solid following. White Hat really is the way to go man. Its way more long term. Before you know it, you can be building your brand with your videos and licensing it out to t-shirt companies, new era hats, anything you can think of. You don't even need to decide on what your brand needs to be yet - just keep building a solid following!

If you need any help with intellectual property and trademarking, let me know. I'll help you understand it better. Its a really simple concept.

Always remember, your brand IS your biggest asset!

Your definitely asking for help at the right place, get some more videos up your first one is already getting some really good reviews/subscribers/ratings. You'll have a following like grandslam said in no time.

This video is getting a great amount of hits because another Youtuber with many subscribers posted a comment and rated, so a few of his subscribers checked it out. I dont think Im going to get nearly as many views on my next one

You already are picking up a good number of subscribers though, your videos will start to get a lot of views especially now that you have bhw help. I don't know if you would want to risk it but there are bh tools you could use to increase your view/ratings etc.

good... Now you have a legit way to try and earn...make more vids and get them accepted ...then you have a start
 
Make a deal with your parents. Put a deadline on it. Stick it in writing.

Sit down with them, bring your game plan, and tell them that you're so sure of what you're doing that you aim to prove to them it can be done. Tell them that you need X number of weeks to effect your master plan, and that you want to have another meeting in x number of weeks. Present them with: if I make money and I can show you I can make money, I want to talk about devoting my time to this like it's a part time job. Show them you're capable.

But if you don't make money, concede and take that job. You can still work your tail off in your spare time and make money.
