its and online dating site the domain is from 2007 and the site itself is pretty new i wanna sell it for minimum 250$ everything is setup and ready to use the site is @ singleandonline.dot.com what options to sell it do i have sorry if wrong section

Also, you'll have better luck if you pay at flippa for an auction listing rather than at dp -- where you can list for free. However, since I took a look at your site, I can personally guarantee that you won't get anything near your asking price.

Your site isn't worth anymore than $8.00 (for the domain age and registration fee).
You could have at least try to fill up your empty database with something.

Why don't you ' USE ' the site and make yourself some real money. Virtual dating is hot and still will be for some time to come. If you have the site all ready to go, target your keywords and use seo to drag people into it.

You have to get people interested and using it to have a ' successful ' and more importantly, ' profitable ' dating site to sell. You don't have anything remotely close to anything more than what the guys have already stated...a domain and site hosting.

Instead of trying to flip something that isn't ready to flip yet, populate the thing with customers and make some money. That which you have now is a dead cell and is nothing of value.
