Should i go for a new domain or purchased any expired domain which has nice backlinks & good site metrics which one is better can you guide me .

It depends. A good expired domain ( with strong referring domains ) in your niche could be a good boost for your new website. Pay attention to the history of it ( must not be spammed in the past ).
A clean domain name will be a good option, if you go to the long path. At least, you are certain that everything is safe.

First thing first, use web[dot]archive.org. If the website:
-Have changed 180 grades from it's first niche ( let's say, it was a carparts website and now it's a casino website ), there are a big chance that the website was spammed.
-You found, through archive.org, that the website has strange characters/letters ( ex: chinese letters ).
-Through ahrefs, you must check the anchor text. With this, you should also take a look on the backlink profile. Any japanese/chinese referring domain may be a bad sign.
-The design was changed, from the original, to a basic WordPress website ( similar or different niche ) and the posts are redirecting to another website(s). This is a sign that the website was used as a part of a PBN.
... Don't choose it. There are signs that the domain was spammed.

Finding a good expired domain is a hectic job but if you find an old domain with good backlinks, niche relevent and with good DA then its way better then New domain.

One check you can do is look at the Way Back Machine snapshots to identify if the domain ever has been used for spammy reasons... Actually looking at the snapshots, the best domains obviously are the ones that had content Google loved

Ya i know i am new on this so i am also think to buy expired doamins from here only
are you thinking of building a new brand or do you just want to have a site that already has good metrics? if it's the former, there is nothing better than actually going with a new domain since this will allow you to control the direction of your site. if you are working with an existing domain, you will need to conform with the ecosystem it already built. this will put a lot of the control you could have out of your hands.. then again, a lot of the work will already have been done for you
