Help me out with an answer..

Howcome when you say here that you`ll blast the money site with any automatic tool with 50.000 great pr backlinks all scream "sandbox sandbox" and when there is a post about "i`ll blast competition with 1 milion pr 0 spammy backlinks" all say "the competitor wont get sandboxed and if he does he`ll come back stronger" ? No one asks so i`ll ask.. how many are too many when it comes to links blasted to a site ?
