Ok so,

I have a site ready to go, I do not want the buyer on the site to know my personal info. However, I do not care if paypal knows my info, I don't do anything illigal... But the buyer cannot know my name, not even when he opens up a dispute (that I would fairly cover with either explaining why not or refund if something is wrong from my end)

I do not use ebay, this is from e ecommerce site. I do not sell physical products, digital ones and the customer knows exactly what he gets... so basically there is nothing shady about the deal itself. However I do not want my name known to the buyer...

HOW???

You can upgrade a personal account to a business account and name your business after your website.
You do not actually have to have a registered company.

If you are legit then why are you acting shady? Why do you have to protect your name?
Why are you concerned with refunds and charge-backs before you have started selling?

A: I heard it is possible for PP to limit your account and ask for business papers ? You sure you can have a business account and not have a business ??
B: It is a niche place I am active in. However what I do is "not done" in this scene and will destroy my reputation. I want to earn something on the side but keep my rep.
C: I am concerned about chargebacks what PP is concerned because I read it is possible in a dispute situation for the buyer to ask the seller's information. If that includes real name, it's a nono.

Again, nothing is illigal at all about my sellings, don't question that... I do not at any time want to loose my scene reputation however so my real name should stay hidden at all times. PP can have my real name, real address, real everything as long as they under no circumstance give it out to the buyer.

Paypal can ask for documentation at any time, depending on your location, a business does not need to be registered, to be considered a business.
If this is such a concern, then use/buy a stealth account or ask a friend or family member to create an account.
If you are concerned about losing your scene reputation, then that might be a sign that you shouldn't do it.

A: Not sure how you can prove to paypal you are a business if you are not registered legally as one. But if it is possible, I take it.
B: Have no friends/familly who can do this.
C: Not an option
 
you might have to use a friend or family member's PayPal account as using your own account will get the buyer all ur information

Have no friends/familly who can do this. Is there anyplace that can deliver a unlimited PP verified ? And not one that suddenly gets limited without the possibility of getting the funds back ? (so it has to be fully documented in any way PP likes to take it)

I recently checked Buyvcc but they cannot provide documented accounts.. so yeah, no use there...

As for the stealth PP account be wary of who is offering it to you.
How long has the guy been a member of BHW?
What is his post history like?
Do your due diligence before reaching a deal. The price looks OK.
I think there are sellers of stealth PP accounts in The Marketplace (not 100% sure, you will need to check),
 
Just create a business account under the name of your website, link it to your bank account and to your own credit card.

The problem I have with this is this:
I read somewhere that buyers when a dispute happens (and sooner or later a dispute always happens) the buyer can request additional buyer information beyond "the business name and email". If that is true then it is no option to do what you propose.
