Help me on user scrape setting, please.

Would you please share me something about how to fillet the right/activate user from the big accounts, how to avoid bot/non-activate user?

For now i have 20 accounts.
each account can follow 300-400 everyday.
The follow back rate is about 10%.
And the click to the url is only 1-2.
It means, for every account, follow 300, 30 people follow back, 2 people will click the link url in my profile.

my scrape setting is:
Fillet users that
have Follow 0-500
following 0-1000
That's all.

I used to add two more options:
have Post 6-1000
follow rate 0.5-2
But if i set like this, there will be no enough user be scraped, only follow about 150 a day, far from the goal 300.

Please share some tips about how to fillet better target.

Add sources regularly. New source = more potential follows. Improve the content too.
