Help Me On My Journey

Hello guys so I have been reading this forum for a while now and I really want to make some extra income, I was wanting to learn how to design and flip sites, I have no knowledge on how to design sites or make websites or seo, So I am asking you guys to point me in the right direction to learn all of this stuff, I am desperate to learn something to help me making money online even if it take me time and will workout in the long run, Do you guys think I should go for this or is there other things I should try first, anyway thanks in advance for any help and hopefully someone can help me

Most of what you need to know can be learned here. I'd say start with Wordpress, learn how to do some basic Photoshop stuff. Wordpress is free and there are free themes all over the Internet. If you have a job, SEO can be outsourced. If you don't, then I'd start looking into link building and checkout some of the BST threads to see what others are doing to improve their SEO.

I work an 8-5 job so I would have to outsource seo, I will read more into wordpress and Photoshop for design and see how that goes thanks for the help

Well, usually people like to purchase sites that have already been monetized and are currently making money.

What incentives will you be including along with a fresh site?

You could either buy a site that is already monetize, or start your own. Personally, if you had no idea on how to setup a website, buy one that is already made. Then what you can do is grow it from there. Read around the forum and learn about SEO. There are plenty of free eBooks and videos available.
