Yeah CF usually gets interpreted as Citation Flow (the Majestic metric), hence why I also wrote an alternative: CH

Scrarch/Scarch, but doesn't sound too good. If I can't come up with a name, I usually go for acronyms or mix words together so I can come up with an unique name that can be easily found. IMO it doesn't have to reflect what your tool actually does.
Maybe try some kind of demonic/mythological/greek names, Amadeus (very commonly used though), Levithian (kinda makes sense, since scraper has one body 'host' and many connections 'heads'), I'm sure you can find cool ones that make more sense.
Also, try writing out cool words or meanings you like and use thesaurus. I don't think anyone will be able to give it a better name then you will, just write out words that represent your tool and play around with them, I'm sure you'll come up with something great. If nothing comes in mind, toke one of them marijuana cigarettes. Good luck!

Here's some naming ideas i worked with while i had to name my last project:

- a metaphor like: ‘robinhood', amazon
eg:.. in your case something like phoenix
- a word with something changed ‘wanderfull', fanhattan, cisco, ascenta, lyft, flickr, tumblr, yelp
eg:.. scrapr..
- a folklore or literature concept that takes you to the core of you product
eg:.. lazarus for webs
- translate a concept from another language : mention: ricordo , duolingo
eg: ...tornando / revivre...
- something personal: 7 apart, 37 signals
eg: ...you know yourself
- portmanteau: viagra = vigorous + niagara accenture yelp = yell for help
eg: ... scraweb (haha, this i like the least)
- concat of 2 words: dropbox, basecamp
eg: ... archivereviver
