Help me! My account suddenly suffer from Shadowban

Hello BHW members please help me my all 10 Instagram account suffering from shadowban. please tell me how can i quickly release from shadow ban. Please suggets me best tips according to you to remove shadowban i have tried all basic tips but no any working for me, So please suggest me better tips.

No quick solution. Just give time and let them rest, shadows bans can last for weeks, or months. Were you automating?

Maybe you can share some info so I can understood how you get that shadowban ?
Your posts were original or you re-posted someone else content?
Did you used DC proxies or 4G ?
Did you used Bots like Jarvee/GMT/ETC ?
How many proxies you used per 1 account?

I'm not using any automations. We are handled all instagram account by human With different IP

Hello Sir I'm not using any software or jarvee, All are my accounts handled by human and I'm not using any proxies all accounts are logged in personal cell phone. And then last I'm not posting my own content all contents are re-posted on my account

you have to wait 1 week if you are lucky, but usually it's 14 days. whatever you will do, you cannot shorter this time (same for Action block)
