Help me move data to new blogger T__T

Hi guys..,first sr for my bad english..im new here,and i want to ask about import and export blogger data.
How can i move data from old blogger to new blogger and redirect to new site
ex: if my old post
old-blogger/2012/07/post.html
and i want to redirect from this post to
new-blogger/2012/07/post.html
for all post
can i ?
and one problem is readmore tag (<!--more-->) is not work for new blogger when i import old data,so can i fix it ?

Rabiatun,

Go to "settings" then "other" and select export to get all of the content off of your blog. Follow the same steps for importing content to the new blog. You can find more detailed instructions at this link,

Yep,i know it,but my problem is about "more" tag,its not work with new blog... :-<...i guess i can use auto readmore hack,but i dont want to float thumbnail image...anw tks

just replace <a name='more'></a> with <!--more-->
