Help me kill two birds with one stone!

First question: I want to open multiple firefox instances with different private proxy in each instance. I tried to use foxy proxy, but no luck.
it just changes proxies for both instances as and i need it to change proxies to change for individual instance. Can someone help me with this?

Second question: I want to add Fake Followers, but I want to know how many proxies I need for this? Say I want to add 10,0000 fake followers to my accounts. What is a safe bet. Can I go with shared proxies since Idk about these accounts? I know what the normal proxy recommendation is, but this these seems outrageous financially to buy that many proxies just to add FF.
