I am reading some whiteHat linkbuilding rules there are more than 20 some of them create problems for me to get them understand. Here are these:

1: Links must be totally static to your website
2: Each link must be from completely different C class IP addresses
3: NO more than 15 outbound Links on the page where link is place
4: Google guidelines for building links must be followed.

Please Give me a little clarification about above define points.

(Just thinking out loud.) Hmm. I should check my linking policy against Google's guideline.

There are no 'rules' as such, only guidelines speculated by internet marketers.

Agreed. Some links are more valuable (within niche, high page pr...). The 20 limit is not right at all unless there is more behind it. Many outbound links from a single page is not too good - over 30-40 I would think just based on blog comments...

1: Links must be totally static to your website

Yeah this helps but cannot be assured in any circumstances.

2: Each link must be from completely different C class IP addresses

Correct, this is simple enough.

3: NO more than 15 outbound Links on the page where link is place

We all know that lower OBL is better and if it's too high (300+) it pretty much ends the value of the link, but limiting yourself to 15 OBL or lower is futile. It's not gonna happen without paid links.

4: Google guidelines for building links must be followed.

Follow these rules and by this time next year, if you're lucky, you will have got your first backlink!

Can You tell me what are class c ips, outbound links, static links and google guideline

Code:
1: Links must be totally static to your website

Url must contain keywords and these must relevant with landing page (SE don't like url like domain.com/page.php?pageid=1&postid=2)

Dynamic pages must be reached through static pages url

You mean link should contain anchor text

does anyone know what are outbound links

does anyone know what are outbound links

Outbound links are links from one website to a different website (as opposed to an internal link which point to other pages inside the same website).

Class C IPs are addresses (xyz.abc.xyz.xyz) where the abc portion is different (correct or not folks?) . Basically it means you can't have 5 websites on the same server pointing to each other. Also, you CAN (technically and without penalty) have a single class c ip among multiple websites just don't over do it.

Long story short is do not worry about Class C IPs if you don't know what they are...seriously.

BTW my first 2 websites I ever had I promoted with white hat methods and they were not very successful. Maybe it's because I'm lazy, but BH is much more efficient.
