Help me in earning money from cpa.

Hey guys I just want to earn some money with cpa. I have no deep knowledge in this field. From what I have read and gathered information is that I have to bring traffic to the offer and make sure maximum people complete the offer so that I can earn money. I applied on various cpa networks. Now I have cpa account of Cpagrip and Ogads. I tried to create an content locker for free Airpods in ogads. I tried to bring traffic to it by mass commenting on instagram but it became of no use. So I am thinking if I run instagram ads under free Airpods giveaway and tell people to complete the offer to participate in free Airpods giveaway I will receive money. But the problem is according to you people is it good idea ? Will I make some money this way . Also it will be really helpful if you will suggest me some free traffic ideas . Thanks
