Help me Improve my website logo

1. The tagline in the first logo is too small and the fluorescent green color is not so readable when I'm looking at your site.
2. Its better to keep it as texts instead of logos when your domain is too long.
3. I don't have a clue about the second logo, but if it was me, I'd choose dark navy blue color because that's what comes to my mind when I think about education.
4. You just gave away your niche.

They seem good to me.
