Hey guys, I’m in the process of building out my faceless TikTok funnel channel. I was wondering if you could give me some insight on how I can improve my SOP or offer recommendations. I’m starting lean, which means most of my initial investment will go toward monthly subscriptions to AI tools.

As of right now, I have:
ChatGPT Plus ($30) - Prompt Architect
Google AI Pro ($20) - Deep Research / Image Generator
Claude Pro ($20) - Decision Maker / Content Creator
Midjourney ($30) - Brand Identity
SuperGrok ($30) - Video Generator
Kling AI Pro ($30) - Video Generator
ElevenLabs ($22) - Voice Over

My SOP (simplified):

1. Niche Research

  • Use ChatGPT to create a deep research prompt
  • Run the research in Gemini
  • Use Claude to:
    • Analyze the data
    • Use Cowork to run keyword analysis on top niches(long-tail, low-competition)
    • Select the final niche
2. Content Strategy

  • Use ChatGPT to create a video concept prompt (content, hook, script, editing)
  • Run that prompt in Claude to generate content ideas and scripts
3. Branding

  • Use Midjourney to create a brand identity character
  • Use Gemini to refine and improve the character
4. Video Production & Testing

  • Use Kling AI, SuperGrok, and ElevenLabs to:
    • Generate videos
    • Test different hooks and angles
  • Mix Kling AI and SuperGrok outputs (Kling has generation limits, SuperGrok does not)
5. Testing Phase (30 Days)

  • Post 3 times per day
  • Focus on storytelling and building trust
  • Test multiple hooks, formats, and angles
6. Decision Point

  • If results are weak → pivot to a different sub/micro niche
  • If results are strong → move to Phase 2 of the funnel

Have you run this sop? How much have you spent per day?

You’re not far off—but right now your setup is over-engineered on tools and under-optimized on signal quality + distribution. Throwing 6–7 AI tools at a faceless TikTok funnel won’t give you an edge if the core loop (hook → retention → iteration) isn’t tight.

Also, small reality check: TikTok doesn’t reward “good systems”—it rewards watch time and completion rate, brutally. So your SOP should be built around that, not around which AI generates what.

Where your current SOP is weak

1. Too much “research,” not enough speed
You’re stacking ChatGPT → Google Gemini → Claude for niche selection. That’s overkill.

Low-competition niches on TikTok aren’t found by keyword tools—they’re found by:

  • underserved angles
  • repeatable formats
  • emotional triggers
You can waste days “researching” something you could validate in 48 hours by posting.

2. Tool redundancy (you’re burning money)
You don’t need:

  • multiple LLMs doing the same job
  • multiple video generators competing
For example:

  • Kling AI + Grok overlap heavily
  • Midjourney is great, but branding is not your bottleneck early
Your bottleneck is scroll-stopping hooks + retention curves.

3. Missing the most important layer: analytics loop

Your SOP jumps from posting → “wait 30 days.”

That’s way too slow.

You should be making decisions every 48–72 hours, not 30 days.

What actually matters for faceless TikTok funnels

Forget tools for a second. Winning channels usually nail 3 things:

1. Hook rate (first 2 seconds)

If this fails, nothing else matters.

Examples of working patterns:

  • “You’re doing X wrong…”
  • “Nobody talks about this but…”
  • “This changed everything for me…”
AI can generate hooks, but you need to manually sharpen them.

2. Retention structure

Most faceless videos fail because they feel like AI wrote them.

Fix:

  • Cut filler sentences
  • Add pattern interrupts every 2–3 seconds
  • Use curiosity gaps
Your voice tool (like ElevenLabs) is fine—but script pacing matters more than voice quality.

3. Volume + iteration (this is where you win)

3/day is good—but only if you’re actually learning from them.

How I’d simplify and improve your SOP

Phase 1: Niche validation (fast, not perfect)

  • Pick 3 micro-niches, not one
  • Skip heavy research—use TikTok search + competitors
  • Post 5–10 videos per niche quickly
Goal: find what gets traction, not what looks good on paper.

Phase 2: Content loop (this is your engine)

Instead of bouncing between tools:

  • Use one LLM (Claude OR ChatGPT, not both)
  • Generate:
    • 10 hooks
    • 3 scripts per hook
Then:

  • Produce fast (don’t over-edit)
  • Upload
  • Track performance within 24–48h

Phase 3: Kill / double down (aggressive)

After ~20–30 posts:

  • Kill formats with low retention
  • Double down on:
    • videos with high watch time
    • hooks that spike early views

Phase 4: Only then optimize branding

Now bring in:

  • Midjourney for consistency
  • better visuals
  • recognizable style
Before that, branding is just procrastination disguised as work.

Tool stack (lean version)

If you want efficiency:

  • 1 LLM (ChatGPT or Claude)
  • 1 video generator (Kling or Grok)
  • ElevenLabs (keep this)
That’s enough to scale.

Biggest mindset shift

Right now your SOP is “build a perfect system → then test”

What actually works is:

“launch messy → read data → adapt fast”

Final honest take

You’re doing what most smart beginners do:
over-optimizing the backend instead of obsessing over what makes people stop scrolling.

If you fix that one thing, your funnel has a real shot.

If you want, I can help you design:

  • high-performing hook templates
  • or 2–3 faceless niches that are working right now with this model
This sounds like you just ran this through an LLM to generate an AI slop response. I’m going to be frank.

Have you run this sop? How much have you spent per day?
I ran it for a month. It did pretty well. The niche was in the losing sleep/overnight shift domain. I couldn't relate hard enough to the niche to continue.

If anyone actually has real feedback from successfully run faceless accounts, I’d love some recommendations or improvements on my SOP.
