i am in a dispute with someone on paypal

its escalated to a case

he bought a website from me,i transfered it to him
and now he is asking for refund and i need to provide proofs for paypal

what proof can i give them???

i cant think of anything right now :( please help me

if i call them what should i explain them?
someone got the site and now wants his money back after he got the site?

they will tell me to provide proof of transfer and ask me for tracking number

someone pmed me and told me to send him a cd with the site files and get a tracking number for that and give it to paypal

should i do that?
 
I agree with AquaticGamer. I sell software and when a customer tries to dispute the sale after the refund period I contact paypal and explain that it was a digital good. Every time I have done this I instantly get the dispute closed in my favor. Just call paypal! Because if you don't and the buyer tries to say it was a physical product that you never shipped he could end up winning the dispute.
 
is it posible that someone will make the call for me?
i am not an english speaker (i wont be able to describe it to the support)

right now i am thinking about sending a cd to this person with a track code and give it to paypal
i have untill 13/1 to provide the info

not every man is honest

i dont understand why so much people asking that question

there are alot of people out there doing scams and he is one of them
and now i have to fix it somehow and cant let him win the money and the site
 
One of the reason why people hate paypal ! I have been ripped off before with paypal !!

True said, they never ever take care of any VG , better give them a call without any second thought to it else you will see an abyss soon.
 
guys i sent them an email,
i hope they will answer me,
if not withing 3 days i will call them and try to explain the situation

but i hope i wont have any problem with my english :\ explaining to them

writing is one thing but talking is another :P

and the paypal phone support is in english or it depends on where are you from ?
 
Is full of scammers and Paypal is always on their side. I suggest to do wire tranfer non reversible using escrow
That's the best method to don't have charge back problems

You won. Ignore the dickhead.....Or if there is a genuine reason that he disputed it you might want to get him to transfer your website back and you could refund him if it was not what you had claimed when selling it...
We only know one side of the story here......

Im glad you won mate, had no doubt in it,

but once i really got scamed for a virtual product, and didnt recieve what i wanted, and the SELLER won the case

Usually, its the other way round with PayPal, so you are lucky enough to win it.
Just ignore his mails...
