Can you guys help me get some cpa accounts such as Maxbounty, Neverblue and others?? I can pay upto $70 per acc.

Their are literally 5 stickies about how to get accepted. The forum rules are up there also that say you can't buy accounts. Seriously. You just failed on so many levels I'm just going to stop typing now.

loool I cannot believe it! Yes,I have account in MaxBounty and Neverblue and promote their offers with legit ways...Come on man! Maxbounty and Neverblue aren`t for you.
Why would you become publisher in MB and NB...Give me a good reason.

Also, you can try in less restricted CPA like Adworkmedia. I get approved there without any site 2 days ago

You aren`t enough serious at registration.Describe your promotional methods and how you will drive traffic to their offers.Contact AM from MaxBounty on Skype,some chatting with him/her,sign up(be detailed),buy some skype credits(3$ for 3months) call your AM and again be detailed and be honest with them.You will be approved
