Help me get into fast click and cpx, I have three big sites that are recieving over 10k u/vs a day but I keep getting denied from both networks from all 3 sites. I have been using adsense, adbrite, clicksor, cpm star and various other networks but I really need some good networks like fastclick/cascale etc so please help me get into fastclick and cpx. I will pay if thats what your looking for. Thanks.

cpx pays shit, fastclick isnt really better, only difference is their availability of pop ups interstials etc. but in any other case adsense rocks.
(btw. you need like a Privacy Policy and Contact link on your site to get accepted to cpx & fastclick)

Yeah I know adsense rocks but I have over 5 million monthly impressions and I cant rely on just adsense, I need other good cpm networks.
