Help me get back on eBay

I was banned a while ago for selling a legit copy of P90X, and now I get IP banned whenever I make a new account. Same with PayPal, I make a few purchases then my account gets limited, because it's tied to my original account that got banned. I just downloaded an IP hiding program that gives you a new IP, will this work?

Questions:
1. How can I get around eBay/PayPal and their auto banning, and start making money?
2. Also, once I finally get back on, does anyone have suggestions on stuff to sell?

I'm not quite sure what that would be. There is no way to hide your IP except through a proxy server, but you don't need a program to do that, you just need to pay $5-10 for a private proxy.

This is the program I got: superhideip - will it work? It helps me get around an IP ban on a forum I got banned on. It lets you choose an IP in other states/countries.

You can change your ip address if it is dynamic. Just change the last four digits of your mac address on your router (if you have one) or nic card. You would also have to delete all your cookies. Including your flash cookies. Download ccleaner for that.
