Help me get a real paypal account while im not in allowed countries

Can anyone provide real (“fake”) documentation for creating a paypal account as though you were inside USA where you are not?
A real address and utility bill social security or passport anything?

i dont know if its even possible has anyone done it and is it correct to post it here?

Can i use it without vpn? And will it be limited? Last time i had an account one day they asked for confirmation of passport and utility bill and blocked my account
 
What are you trying to sell if I may ask? And what country are you from?
 
Im not selling anything just want to use it online like any normal person , in Iran
 
I strongly suggest you get a Stealth PayPal.

Google it for other alternatives, like Payoneer.

Worst option find someone in the US to partner with and use it as a joint partnership.

No. You do NOT want to be accessing your PayPal from an IP where you cannot have an account.

You want to be accessing it from an IP that is in the country you've created it in, and don't use a VPN. Get a private proxy.
 
This is definitely possible but it will never mirror a real paypal account. Like the user above me stated don't ever use your own IP. Get your own private proxy preferably a clean residential IP or proxies from places like IPBurger(heard they were good and bad but mostly good about them(I am not affiliate in any way)). There are definitely other method but they are a bit blackhat-ish, so just find something good and start from there. Good luck.

You need to use VPS. Uae same IP VPS where you made the account from. You need to follow certain guidelines to not get limited.

Also copy and save the cookies so in case you need to change the VPS/ip, you can do so without any issue

buy VBA and fake docs (you can find them here) and use some premium VPN with the same IP/server and you will be fine!
 
Yes i found the guy and website where they sell documents
 
Check BWH marketplace section, there are many reputable sellers providing different paypal solutions.
