I need help to Geotarget a page by USA state. If you can direct me to a paid or free service that works and show me how to set it up correctly, I will pay you via Paypal. PM me if you can help.

What do you mean by geotarget? You mean for adwords/ppc? You can just set the location for your campaign.

If you're talking about microformatting check out schema.org

Not for PPC, just using something like using Maxmind, but I need a walkthrough for doing this by state.

I checked out schema but don't see any mention of geotargeting.

Thanks bzy39, that seems like what I'm looking for, but the files "geoip.inc, geoipcity.php, and geoipregionvars.php" seem to be gone from the maxmind download section. My offer to pay is still up for anyone who can successfully find these files or find a solution for USA State geo targeting.
