I am in confusion. Should I use low pr bookmark and wiki or just blog comment blast for my tier 2? Which one will be best. Or any new idea for recent Google update?

Build all sorts of links to your tier 2, contextuals as well as non contextual ones and do them at a steady pace.

so you are saying i should use all of these bookmark, profile, wiki and comments. and should i set any daily limit like daily tier2 bookmark 30, wiki 100, profile 50 and comment 100? how is that? will it work to increase my tier1 link authority fast?

and which one is best for indexing? linklicious normal paid version not working for me nowadays. So also looking for new affordable indexing service provider where I can show my link in moz, majestic and ahrefs. any idea?

You can also use high PR PBN or SAPE links in Tier2 to get more link juice and for better rankings.
not familiar with PBN. What is that? Yes its a good idea to use sape. I have some credit in my russian site will try it out. Thanks for this idea anyway :)

The idea behind tiered linking should be to help Google rank your links for their keywords too as opposed to simply getting low quality links that they refuse to index in the first place. So, focus upon contextual tiers (articles) for tier 1, 2 and 3, and then hammer each of these tiers with non contextual links.

thats really nice. but it need more efforts. I'll try this for one of my site. thanks you for this great idea. but which soft is good to get non contextual links?

SENuke, Magic Submitter and GSA SER can build contextual and non-contextual links, but only use them on Tier 2 and higher. They're not very effective on Tier 1 right now.

Thanks for this information. I have all of these software. Recently bought magic submitter. However, I'll not use them for my tier 1 link. Is there any problem if i use these software to build backlink for brand new website?
