Help me for Facebook Likes

I'm a beginner in this field and I apologize if I'm wrong in the section where to post the following question. I would need to significantly increase the number of likes and followers on my facebook page. I tried like exchange sites, but I noticed that in the end the likes are reduced because people take it off. Could you recommend other means (if possible not paid) to increase the number of likes and followers?

Facebook paid like campaigns are to me the best way to earn likes. Actually I can get 200 new likes a day with 20€. So 0,10€ a like, which is way under average (~0,20€)

I won't tell you to buy fake likes as there's no point in doing so
 
You know, it's all about content.
If you need not paid method of receiving likes ten work on the content you provide to subscribers.
It should be very interesting.

Make a likes campaing and start promotion them. you can with a daily budget of 3-10 usd and Facebook Will do all the work :)
 
Make a paid campaign in facebook. It's safe for page and your account. But it's costly. There is another way you can hire a freelance to increase your like that's medium cheap. And last you can find a bot to increase like. It's very cheap and you will find country based like for your page. These all method are safe. Remember don;t use any free site for increasing like it's hamper your account and facebook mark your like as spam.

If you want to buy fake likes, it will be on the risk, FB gonna be seal your account. but pay 5 USD daily on like campaigns with ads, in my experience 5 USD can get 5 likes in the USA.

Your CPA is very expensive to be honest, you should review your content / targeting
