Help me find virtual assistants

I know hire a freelancer here and buy now but I was looking for sites dedicated to this is purpose.

I know
Upwork - expensive mofos
Fiverr - Pakistanis & Indians
Onlinejobs.ph - Filipinos charging as much as they can
Seoclerks - get all the negative seo u want
Creigslist - low low low quality

What other sites can I find VA's? What I'm trying to do is find them to work at their local rate and not upcharge because their working for someone over the internet who they assume has unlimited profit

Maybe we can make a list of all sorts of places

I believe one of my friends have used him before or is actively using him now.

I'm only trying to make a list of where to go when looking for virtual assistants. Blackhatworld marketplace is one of them. I just want suggestions with some places I've not heard of yet.

people per hour is good. I guess most of VA's there are from UK

They will not work for you if they can't earn more than their country's average salary.
I'm one of those people who charge much more because I work for foreigners.
And I'll never accept to work for foreigners if they excpect me to earn my average country's salary. That would be useless for me. There is no point being online if you want people to stay poor.
It's people like you who contribute to keep third world countries as they are.
Why not paying people from where you are at a fair price instead of searching for enslaving people from other countries?

You must haven't considered the commute from home to work every day of the working week vs just staying home at a company working remotely. You'll be able to hangout at home and not have to wakeup before hand to go all the way to work. If I knew for a fact the remote job was going to use me for the years to come and was going to pay me what I'm paid now from the day job i work at then yes I'd work remotely and never have to see that director who craps on all of us managers. I'm also willing to give up my benefits that I have at my job to work remotely. Then I could be on vacation and work then once I clock out I can enjoy the vacation. Everyone is different and things for everyone is either attractive or not but anyways thanks for your input!

Well you can check here on marketplace or post on hire a freelancer, you'll get quality people here. You can add bhw in your list too.. From craigslist you'll get VA at high rates rather than other sites.
