Sorry I can't find where it was. The thread discuss about he create a website regarding bitcoin, start promoting and then after sometime the idea just dead and he can't refund a money that already deposit by member.

..and he start to thinking to create a new site and tell to previous member that they money with refund ASAP..

Anyone knows the threads?
