Hey fellow bhws.

I need your help again.I'm looking for a free WP theme that looks like this in my drawing or at least something similar that i can modify.

The theme should have just 3 categories with a featured image and when someone hoover on one of them or clicks them it should drop a list with some posts in that category.That's it!

Here i include a sketch of how i imagine it.

take a most compatible theme of your choice from the themes category here and then hire a designer and let them add some JS and CSS to make it as you like it to be.
