I once found a service, and it was amazing! It allowed me to view 1000+ websites, all sorted in each their niche, and with alexa + PR + age statistics for them. I could then in the system post to the owner of the website how much I wanted to pay to get an article on the website. I would then get a reply and had to submit an article that would then be posted on the website.
There was also indication of how much they asked for per article so that they did not get spammed with worthless offers.
It was like a blog network, but at the same time not just ONE network. More like an Ebay of link purchasing, but without the obvious "We Sell Links" tag to it. Seemed Google safe since it would be impossible to proof that it was paid or natural articles.
Some of the sites even seemed to be genuine but used this method to make a quick buck out of their position.
Question is now, what service is this? Are there more that resembles what I am looking for?
