    Hey guys,

This guy took his son away from his mother and disappeared from the country (USA). Help me find this son of a bitch and get my good friend her son back and put this guy behind bars! There is a good chance that he is in England again.

Anyways, here are the info from this guy - his location is currently unknown.

    Last location: Miami, Florida USA
Last working location: Nobu restaurant (Shelborne Hotel Miami Beach, Florida USA)
    Occupation: Chef
Name: Andrew Oliver (Alias: Andy Oliver, Andrew Graham, Andy Graham)
    Facebook: facebook . c o m /andy.oliver.7906
    Birth Date: May 18 1986
    Born in: London, England

    Relatives:

    Jack Graham (Brother / Satanist)
Jane Ann Graham (Mother / Maiden name: Freeman)
    Mick Graham (Stepfather)
    Gary Victor Oliver (Birth Father)

Any help would be appreciated. The poor girl cannot afford an attorney any longer and she is completely desperate.

Haters, please refrain from hating. All hate will be hated upon.

I'll give some phone calls to a few of my friends in England and let them know. I'm so sorry for all of this. This guy deserves a beating (not you OP).

Thank you! I cannot be more grateful. This girl has been crying every night for almost a year now and she finally had the courage to ask for outside help from nenjaz. Its time to get this ass behind bars and get this little guy back to his mom.

I'll be happy to answer this question. But first, I want to thank you for your interest.

Right now, the father has HIS son and she (the mother) can't have him for NO reason whatsoever. The father violated the law by taking the kid and disappearing. Don't you think that the mother should be able to see her son? Or do you think the father is right for kidnapping a baby without leaving a trace?

The reason 'why' she can have 'her' son is because it IS HER SON and it was wrongfully taken away from her. Without any legal recourse! Basically, he just took the kid and bailed. WHICH IS WRONG!

Would you happen to have a link to a news article? Since it was a kidnapping I'm sure it
    made the news somewhere.

This happens daily in USA, you don't really get any news attention for that my brother. If you want news attention, you need to eat away someone's face. Especially in Miami now.

No sir there was not. The guy just disappeared. No court orders for custody, they were not even divorced when this happened.

No court order means that your friend will have a hell of a time.

I'd suggest getting family court and/or DCF involved asap.

Just to add to that, this isn't a case of kidnapping. In fact, it's not even a case of parental kidnapping. There's got to be a court order established otherwise it's the same as taking your child on vacation. DCF *should* be able to at least point you in the right direction. If she has a little money to fight this, have her contact a family court attorney.

Well, its been 8 months. I'm sure this is a bit long to be considered a vacation no? She has tried everything and is out of money. I will direct her to the services that you recommended.

So you saying that there wasn't any court orders, the guy (father) just took a boy and disappeared?

And you saying that girl can't afford an attorney anymore...

The thing is mother needs to spend some money here. Because attorney was not smart enough, why he doesn't requested help from UK police just to check his past addresses in UK, father past addresses? I think with official documents UK police would do that. That's the first thing what you need to do, to find out if he's in UK or somwhere else, without that it's hard to find people if he's flight back to UK.

Did mother had any contact with police?

EDIT: My relative had similar problem, and had no money. So she raised money online, ( using donation sites.. ) and hired PI.

Without a court order, what happened was legal. Getting the ball rolling in family court is really the only viable option as there wasn't any order in place when the child was taken.

I always thought that if you were going take a minor out of the country, you had to have the permission of both parents, or have sole custody or something like that.

Either way, an attorney is the best bet in this situation, assuming that the father doesn't have full custody of the kid. The lawyer can start the ball rolling when it comes to a custody dispute case, and since both the UK and the US are members of the Hague Convention, British authorities should intervene (and will probably be able to find him and the kid pretty quickly) once the court makes its ruling, which will probably be in favor of your friend since the guy probably won't show up.

The mother can file for divorce on her own without the help of a lawyer. She will need to show up to court and such, but that shouldn't be a huge issue considering the dude is gone.
