There's no "SEO Friendly" hosting, as long as the hosting is good & you can get fast-loading pages they should do the work,
Terrible loading speed is bad for SEO & UX, and hosting is just one important part of the process, you can have really good hosting with terrible speed,
You have to make sure the website's backend & frontend are optimized as well

Unoptimized website files, including PHP, database, too many/big images & videos, external scripts, etc...
Some WP themes/plugins as well as some scripts will get you slow speed no matter how good your hosting is
