Help me find a template, please!

Hey guys, some of you might know I'm in the process of building a plan for a local deli in my city.

I need some help finding a web design template. I don't care if it is paid or not. I've searched through hundreds of templates and have't found anything that looks suitable for a mom and pop sandwich shop. I prefer it have both a desktop and mobile design, but either one will work. If you guys can't help me out and point me to some templates then that would be great.

Check out http://www.oswd.org, they have lots of quality templates. Free too. I've seen some templates for a shop like that on there. Trust me, you'll find it there.
