Hi,
Video
I see that most videos about health topics are presented like this, and this is also the niche Im aiming for
At the end of the line, they all have 'Graphics: Freepik, Pngfree, Vecteezy, Envato Elements. Image(s) used under a free license
Based on my beginners knowledge, I understand that they probably download images from stock footage sites and combine them with subtitles
Instead of searching for individual suitable images, Id like to ask for everyone’s opinion on whether there’s an AI tool that can help create images based on my existing prompts
Ive tried Leonardo AI + Freepik, but most of the animations dont match my prompts. So, I hope you can share suitable tools
Thank you very much ; -)

check out dall-e 3 or midjourney, both are solid for turning prompts into custom visuals. Way faster than digging through stock if you get the prompt right.

Thank you for your response
I tried generating images on DALLE 3 via ChatGPT+, and it’s amazing, but it still makes me sad because I can only generate 1 image per prompt (after a few images, ChatGPT forces a break). Imagine trying to create a 20-minute video with hundreds of lines of content—the number of images needed would be the same, and that would take a lot of time.
Do you have a more efficient solution? One where I can input the script just once, and the tool automatically generates the necessary images in a medical infographic, cartoon style?
