This is a custom coded wordpress site, and when you enter your postcode it takes you through a selection of options to collect your junk.

Basically, size of junk, time of collection etc, and adds up the cost.

Where can I find a plugin that does something similar?

That is basically just a multi page form with conditional logic, there are plugins for WP that do this like Ninja Forms, Gravity Forms, etc just Google best wordpress forms or something of the like and look for multi page, conditional, and with a cart system.

Thanks for your help.

I've since found quite a few multi step form plugins, but I cannot find any that allow images to appear next to the selections like in the example.

If anyone knows of one, please let me know.
