Help Me Figure My Way!? Help needed with Email Submits.

I have recently started to look towards email submits and they look really tempting.

I have couple of ideas up my sleeve how I could convert 100-200 email submits per day, but since they dont allow incentives im sure that I will get a@@ raped by AM pretty fast. So im asking, is it worth it? How big is the chance that I will get caught, lets say when I spread the 200 leads across 50 companies and in each company i will use as many different offers as possible.

Sure I would use cpa redirector, junk traffic and etc, but what are the key factors to be safe?

I was thinking of buying GodCPA and framing those email submits to some register your account things and etc. But they surely wont convert, I have also thought about using those as gateways, but again, those leads wont convert on the back end. What are the keys to survive and earn some reasonable 100-200$ per day with it in many different networks.

Also, since im asking this, could someone suggest me any networks that have brought them success with email submits and they have actually gotten paid tricking people into filling those email submits?

Well back in the day I used Millnicmedia. But, now they are pretty much dead, don't update offers, and basically won't pay. I still have over $500 left to be paid, and it's been over a year.

Maxbounty has quite a few email submits.

If you want a more "legal" approach, try out CPA Lead. Personally though, I really don't see any success with email submits. The advertisers scrub like no other!

I pretty much wont care about the scrubbing and it cant be worse than CPA Lead thats why im thinking about it ...

How does the network determine that my leads are full of crap?

How big should be range of networks where i spread the offers, I know that people are doin it, but i did not have success with it when I used my custom SSM type of program, I got a email about bad leads within days running only $10 a day, therefor I was wondering that can I use masked email submits, trick people into fillng them out and keepin the conversions low with junk traffic.

To keep it short - would I be safe, how big should be the network range and how much could I earn per network to stay under the radar, I guess i should also mix some whitehad leads into them right?
