how do i use new facebook to play cpa? i have tried inbox using a new account and the results are not good, maybe someone can help, i am confused every day i create a new facebook account but never get traffic

You can use Ads threshold ($25) and promote CPA with prelander
When i use to do this i get $5-11 per $25 Fb ads threshold
