Help me do this please

I have blog that I want to develop. Currently it is ranked 1669552 in Alexa, but not in Google. I have 18 backlinks at the moment including 1 edu backlink.

Anyway, what I am trying to do is make it so that if somebody tries to copy my content a link would appear under the content and say something like "Read more at 'link to my site's blog post' ".

Also I would like to be able to hide the links under my blog post link.
For example instead of saying "wwwexamplesitecom/this-is-an-example" it would display my link which would be something "wwwmysitelinkcom/and-my-blog-post-link" , but would still lead them to the correct link "wwwexamplesitecom/this-is-an-example".

I am using Blogger so any help would be appreciated.

i AM NOT A PRO in this matter. Can't help you properly. All these things are done by my techno team

I figured out how to do the above. The 1st suggestion really helped and the second thing was just simple anchor text edit.
