If you "destroy" your Ex-GF by:

all you will do is continue the connection with her.
Painful as it is, if you choose to move on now, in a year's time she will be MEANINGLESS and that is the best way to say F*** YOU.

So, I have this opportunity to really burn my ex-girlfriend.

Anyways, I've met all the guys from the band and they are pretty cool. They are doing a once in a lifetime thing.
They are will to write a song for you, strictly for you. It's $150 for the song, and should take a few days.

After having a bunch of women stalkers in my lifetime I can say that the opposite is very true also. It is usually the one who cares less holds the most power.
Hell I even had one chick open up a domain about me, that was scary. I think it was www.ilove"myfullname".com. Had tons of pictures of me, saying all this scary weird stuff.
So that can go either way. If guys allow it, girls can make them go crazy but its very easy to achieve the opposite if you know whats up. I think guys just need to stop putting girls up on this imaginary mantle like they always do.
I still hold firm with the "bang her bestfriend." This isn't about revenge or anything. It will simply take your mind off her as you forget about the situation. There is no need to write some song or any of that bs. You hook up with her best friend and there are added benefits to that. You might start to take a liking to her and date her (if thats what you want).
I didn't say women were innocent. Obviously WEAK women can be pushed over the edge...
In summary, only a weak-minded man would consider doing any of the crap mentioned in this thread!

Well dude! it is your private life. so it is up to you on how to act after all the mess you apparently had to go though. To me taking actions against her could not the be right way. Maybe you should just move on to the next girl, and save you and us some bucks? lol

do you really think she will listen to it, part of it at least? Or are you planning to tie her and made her listen for hours to it? lol
Maybe to find a better woman is the way to go and use that money for making a love song to her, that certainly would hurt and interest your ex a lot more.

I would never recommend any of this petty stuff, the best solution is always to walk away.
BUT, having relations with her friend can happen even if you don't plan it.
I don't consider this revenge or any of that garbage. I consider it living your life and having fun with your life.
The way I see it... you should try to have as much enjoyment on this planet while you can and if that means kicking it with one of her friends that you find attractive then so be it. Don't apologize for being a man.
If life takes you to her friend or someone she knows that you like then don't be afraid to pursue it. Thats all I'm saying. I've been in that situation before and didn't pursue a girl I really liked because it was my ex's good friend. I will never make that mistake again, don't let someone else dictate your life.

You could kill her and still the damage is more reflective of the damage done to you.
What you need to do is forgive her and yourself for any past hurts. Learn what mistakes you both made that ended the relationship and move into the next, better, more fulfilling relationship with an open and stronger heart, more wisdom and more self respect.
I guarantee you the next woman you find will make you feel 10,000,000 times better in a single touch than all the pain you might inflict on this one.
Finding peace and love and a new companion would be the best reveng, except that to do that, you have to let go. you'll never find those things with such anger where your heart should be.
