Help me decide which domain name is better for my Tech blog

Hoping to draw on the experience and thoughts of others. I have a new tech blog but the current domain name isn't available in a .com which is what I really want.

Please vote on which of the following you think would make the best brand or domain name. Thanks in advance for your time.

Edit - Option 4 should be Technp.com - not sure how to edit the poll.

First one.

The rest look like you've just added meaningless letters after the word "tech".

The first one is the best brandable domain.
The second is the next best option, the other two don't "sound right".

Okay, based on feedback thus far, the last 2 domains are out of the picture. I'm heavily leaning towards #2 as I can brand it everywhere (Google results for it show only a few URLs in Hungarian or something), whereas #1 is already branded by a UK computer company.

Based on your info here #2 is a no brainer. If your current domain is already being marketed and they own the .com, go with techigy.com #2. I would never advise building a brand on anything other than a .com. That's what people type in nearly every time.
