It's been a long time since I haven't been here, and let me tell you, it feels great to be back!

OK, so this time around, I want you guys to help me pick my next project, from the ideas I have;
just to help you get my situation a bit better, I live in Grenoble, France, and next year I'll be moving to Italy; I have around 3000? in my account atm, and around 3-4 hours of spare time daily.

so the ideas are:
-start a youtube gaming/music mixes channel, grow it and profit from YT CPM
-start a youtube (anything) channel, grow it and profit from promoting affiliate products
-write a kindle fiction/non-fiction book, and if it starts selling, write another, then another, ... (dragon and/or outsource)
-write BS info products and put them up on the WF or better yet, CB
-start a physical product online shop, by: dropshipping/keeping my own stocks/partnering up with an already-existing physical shop
-start a web design agency for, well ... just web design
-start a web services agency for SEO, traffic buying, strategy counseling, e-reputation
-start an all-round web agency: all of the 2 ideas above
-contact local professionals that don't have a significant online presence yet, and cold-approach them for web services
-buy domains that target localized service searches, rank them fast and flip them to local professionals

and I think that's about it ...

Which is the best one to concentrate on, in your opinion?

- Will take more time than 3-4 hours per day to make it grow. At least in my experience.

-write BS info products and put them up on the WF or better yet, CB
- Please don't, it's a waste of time.

-start a web design agency for, well ... just web design
-start a web services agency for SEO, traffic buying, strategy counseling, e-reputation

-Yes. Start with your website design/SEO/SEM/Reputation(E)management services website. Once that is established then perform the last two on your list. You should be golden. Source: Did the exact same thing a few years ago and am still making good money doing it.

This one

Great ,money in reputation management

first off, thanks for your reply, it's just nice to say it, and yes, I know we have a button for that, and I already clicked it! (people always rage out when they see thanks being said in replies)

one question, though: since I just moved to this town, my peer network is gone, and I know almost nobody, except for people at work; how would you suggest I try to get clients?
since cold calls are not my strongest point (not to mention they mostly suck a$$), and since web design and web services, in general, are best accepted through refferences from friends, family etc?

Use your knowledge internet marketing, English and French.

Create ebooks on how to make money and sell it in the kindle store targeting the french market - coz I think the competition will be less.

All of them! It will turn you into a real entrepreneur -- online as well as offline. The face-to-face marketing + production experience will take your career sky-high soon.

Competition will be, in fact, a lot less fierce, but there's a downside to this: is the market large enough?
I can't say I didn't think about this in the past, but I've analysed it briefly, and the market section doesn't seem mature enough, and unless I outsource most of the work, it could eat up a lot of time ...

It's my main idea for now, but the thing is, what will happen to my peer network, once I move to Italy next year?
As I'm only 20, I may not inspire so much confidence in some of my possible business partners, so that's something to think about, too...

Once you become skilled at getting offline/new/whatever clients, i.e., have great marketing skills, you'll be able to get them any where in the world. Physical appearance, professional approach, skills, a winner's attitude, and a smiling confident face are more important than physical age.
