Big channels filter comments, this is normal if you are commenting on big channels that dont want any comments or spam.

Just making sure, but you did try to click in the box where it shows Add Public Comment, right? It appears the way you posted this when you haven't yet clicked in there. Just making sure, since I've never heard of or seen an account or IP that can't even type/post a comment, usually YT just decides to shadow ban/block the comments where you see it others just dont.
